Commercial Permanent Lighting in Arkansas

American Services AR installs commercial permanent lighting for businesses and property managers across Arkansas. Permanent lights are full-color LEDs set in an aluminum track along the roofline, parapet or canopy, installed once and run on a schedule from an app. Brand colors every night, a holiday display in December, team colors on game nights, and no crew or lift rental to hang and pull down lights every season. Every commercial project starts with a free site walk and a written, line-item quote. We carry $2M general liability and send a COI and W-9 on request before the first visit.

How commercial pricing works. Commercial permanent lighting is quoted per site after a free site walk, because two buildings with the same frontage can price very differently. Your quote lists the linear feet of track and lights, the mounting height and whether a lift is needed, and the number of zones and controllers, each on its own line, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Any new electrical work is priced separately.

Who We Install It For

Permanent lighting earns its keep on buildings that need to be seen after dark and that change their look through the year:

Dealerships and Commercial Property Managers

A dealership lot is judged from the road, often at night. A lit roofline in your brand color makes the showroom easy to find after dark, a red, white and blue scheme carries a Fourth of July sale, and the display for a year-end event is a schedule in the app instead of a weekend on a lift. Because every light is controlled separately, the roofline can run a solid brand color on weeknights and something louder on a sale weekend.

For property managers, permanent lighting is one install that serves every tenant and every season. A shopping center or office park gets one consistent roofline instead of a patchwork of tenant decorations, the schedule follows the property’s hours, and nobody has to coordinate a holiday install crew each November. If you manage several properties, we quote each site separately.

Why Businesses Go Permanent

No yearly hang-and-remove. Seasonal displays on a commercial building usually mean a crew, a lift and two trips a year. Permanent lighting is installed once and changed from a phone.

Your colors, on your schedule. Run your brand colors every night, pink in October, green for St. Patrick’s Day, team colors for game nights and a full holiday display in December. Schedules can follow your business hours so the building is lit when customers are driving past.

A building people notice after dark. Outlining the roofline, parapet or canopy makes the building readable from the road at night, which matters most for businesses that sell to drivers.

No monthly subscription. The system runs from its own controller and app; you are not paying a monthly fee to change your colors.

What We Mount It On

Most commercial buildings take the track along the fascia, the parapet cap or the edge of a canopy or porte-cochere. Brick, stucco and EIFS, metal panels and wood trim each mount differently, and the right method depends on what is behind the surface, which is one reason every commercial job starts with a site walk. Storefront canopies, covered entries and leasing office rooflines are good places to start, and a multi-building property can be lit in phases.

The System We Recommend for Commercial Buildings

For commercial work we recommend professional pixel lighting, such as Minleon’s permanent line, which Minleon makes for commercial and professional installs: individually controlled full-color pixels in a track, low-voltage power, an app with schedules that can follow sunset, and controllers that can be grouped to run a larger building. Commercial Permanent Lighting — Questions We Get

How much does commercial permanent lighting cost?
It is quoted per site after a free site walk. The quote is built from the linear feet of track and lights, mounting height and lift time, and the number of zones and controllers, each listed separately. Any new electrical work is priced separately.
Can the lights match our brand colors?
Closely. The lights can show millions of colors, so your brand colors can be saved as a preset in the app, along with holiday and seasonal schemes you can switch to whenever you like.
Can the lights follow our business hours?
Yes. Schedules in the app turn the lights on and off at set times or at sunset, and you can save different schedules for weekdays, weekends and events.
Do you need a lift?
For most two-story buildings and tall parapets, yes. Lift time is its own line on your quote, so a single-story storefront that can be reached by ladder does not pay for one.
Who handles the electrical?
The controller and power supply usually plug into an existing outlet inside the building. Commercial buildings can have stricter wiring rules than homes, so anything beyond plugging into an existing outlet, such as a new outlet or circuit, is work for a licensed electrician, priced separately from the lighting.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay for the install. There is no monthly subscription to run the lights or change the colors.
We manage several properties. Can you handle all of them?
Yes. We walk and quote each site separately so every property has its own line items.
Will the lights hold up outside all year?
That is what they are built for. Permanent lighting systems are sealed and weather-rated (most are rated IP65 to IP68, depending on the product), and their LEDs are typically rated for around 50,000 hours, longest when they run evenings rather than around the clock.
Can you see the track during the day?
Barely. The track mounts along the roof edge, parapet or canopy and is color-matched to the building, so in daylight it reads as part of the trim.
What warranty comes with it?
The product and labor warranty depend on the system chosen for your building, and both are written on your quote before anything is installed.
