• Wash water has to go somewhere legal. A curbed pad with a sanitary drain is simplest; otherwise we bring berms and vacuum recovery, priced as a line.
• Hazardous waste is manifested in your name. The facility is the generator; licensed partners haul and dispose.
• Large coating projects run through a prime. Cleaning is contracted directly at any size; coating projects of $50,000 or more go through a licensed Arkansas commercial prime, with American Services AR as the coating subcontractor.
• Access, water and weather. Lift work needs a cleared lift path, a hydrant meter shortens the job or we bring tanks, coatings need the slab within temperature and moisture limits, and exterior washing stops below freezing.

2. Site walk and written quote

We walk the site with you, confirm access, water, drains and the shutdown window, and send a quote itemized by line, usually the same business day, with our certificate of insurance and W-9. A deposit may be requested to hold your dates.

3. Scheduled crew, around production

We set the dates around your shifts or shutdown, send a short prep list, and arrive with hot-water rigs, lifts where quoted, and containment.

4. Orientation and safety setup

Day one starts with your orientation, permits, lockout/tagout, PPE and the JSA; storm inlets are covered, containment is set, and confined-space permits are in hand before anyone enters a tank.

5. The work

Degreaser goes on and dwells, hot water lifts it, overhead and walls are washed from the lift, machines are degreased where they sit, blasting is done to the specified SSPC profile, and coatings go down on prepared concrete.

6. Walk-through and service record

We walk the finished area with you, or send photos after overnight work, and send the service record and any manifests with the invoice.

Standards and Safety

• HAZWOPER and OSHA 10. Every crew is trained to OSHA 10 and the 40-hour hazardous waste operations standard, 29 CFR 1910.120, and is General Pump trained.
• Your site program first. Orientation, permits, lockout/tagout, PPE and your JSA on day one; confined-space permits for tank work.
• Wash water stays out of the storm drain. Work is done on a curbed pad or inside containment, and hauled water goes to a licensed facility.
• SPCC and spill response. If your SPCC plan must list a cleanup contractor with a response agreement, sign one with us and we keep your site profile on file; see emergency spill response. We can connect you with a licensed PE if the plan needs certifying, and containment linings keep the next spill small.
